Whole Blood Donation

Whole blood is the most flexible type of donation. It can be transfused in its original form or used to help multiple people when separated into its specific components of red cells, plasma and platelets.

Double Red Cell Donation

Double the Donation, Double the Lives Saved! Double red cell donations use a special automated process called apheresis (AYfur-EE-sis) to collect two units of just red blood cells during a single donation.
